We feel good after our gold wig fest of yesterday and would like to thank all of you coming in our cosmic (and more) trip. We have not yet planned new dates as we would like to enjoy summer to the fullest and hope to meet you at many a party or festival or beach or so. But rest assured: with "Finger" our challenge to bring you the best of vinyl records continues. It will be an honour to put quality of music above all. Well, ok, sorry we pulled the electricity plug in the heat of the night ... seems that electricity breakdowns remain a trademark :-)

Thanks for your feedback.
We have no closed door policy, no guestlist, a strict openminded chart to all entering at or working for Los Ninos, even an ecological and fairtrade thinking on all of our actions/partners etc. In view of this, we believe we don't have to prove our points of view on equal rights. Giving a present to girls or women isn't the same as considering them as less equal. Our message is not meant to be chauvinistic or offensive in any way.
If only we could give free entrance for all ... We would.

I don't think you would dare do to the same for black people of Chinese people, just because you like them.... It is well intented but oh so clumsy and oh so basically not done, but anyway, as you said you do what you want, and so do I.

Maybe it is because we don't even think that anyone would think that we consider women less equal in view of all we portray, both artistically and socially. Following that thought we would do the same for Chinese or black or based on anything that can be checked. We are open for suggestions on how to get some people in for free without giving the impression that those who don't get in for free would be less equal or bringing it in a non-clumsy way.
I have added this to our website and Facebook to start a discussion on this interesting topic.

Great! Because that is all I want. And you are right, me either, I don't think about this almost any more, so evident as it has become. And honestly I wasn't canvassing your message for something. It just came to me all of a sudden a minute after I read the "giftclause" (let's call it that for a minute) and then it struck me.
But I understand you want to give something rather than to rule out others of treat them differently.
So the intention is good... I am curious what the discussion will bring. But in no respect was my remark intended to be one of wanting to be over-politically correct or that kind of lame BS.

The Stud
The Stud is a 1978 film starring Joan Collins and Oliver Tobias. It was based on the novel by Jackie Collins. (sister of..)
Fontaine Khaled is the London wife of a wealthy but boring businessman. She spends his money on her nightclub, Hobo, and partying. She hires a manager, Tony, to run her club, but it is understood that his job security is dependent on him satisfying her nymphomaniac demands. Tony loses interest in Fontaine, and turns his attention to her young stepdaughter, who uses him to get back at Fontaine for cheating on her father. Fontaine then dumps Tony. At the end of the film she is divorced by her husband for adultery. The film featured a famous pool orgy scene which was supposed to be set in Paris but was actually filmed in a health club in Covent Garden. In one clip she was seen naked on a swing and the film was banned or cut in many countries.
The Bitch
Fontaine Khaled (Collins) is the owner of a trendy disco who is now facing financial problems. At the same time, she also has to deal with the various men in her life, as well as the Mafia.
The film features a disco soundtrack, in a similar vein to Saturday Night Fever, and the theme song to the film performed by The Olympic Runners became a UK Top 40 hit single in August 1979. Like its predecessor, the film is considered to be softcore porn. Both have since become cult films, and were among the first to be released on home video.

William Bottin & Stevie Kotey are such a case, after sending each other inspirational tracks they loved via the internet, they where able to make use of Bottin's Synthesiser prowess and Kotey's drums & arranging skills to provide us with "Hot Ring" and ode to the hot ring modulator circuits Bottin has devised in his Venice home.Hot Ring bounces around like Pamela Anderson's front end whilst running up and down Malibu beach. Sharp stabs and spooky synths lines put this straight in modern electronic disco box. Things go even dirtier and deeper with Bottin's stripped down Espresso Dub version which feels precisely like a double caffeine punch that will kickstart any stagnating dancefloor.

This is Bottin's contribution to "From The Stars Vol 1" a compilation of sci-fi cover versions – out march 29th on NANG Records UK.
V - the visitors was one of his favorite shows when he was in elementary school. He re-watched the whole show before sitting down and producing this version. That means the 1983 two-part movie, the 3-part "V: Final Battle" of 1984, as well as all 19 episodes of the TV series!! He even tried to watch the new V (2009) but it's just doesn't compare well. Guess all those 3D graphics are not as amusing as the cheap sfx and props of the 80s.
This cover version/remix is very different from the original, it includes elements of the main theme of V the final battle as well as of the TV series soundtrack. He straightened the time signature form 12/8 to 4/4 to make it work on the dancefloor. The result is very early-italo-electro.

We would like to thank everyone for coming. We didn't expect you in that great numbers but it was most wonderful to see the swimming pool filling up!
It is always difficult to do events in new locations that are not meant to be party locations. We regret the queues at the toilets and apologize for this inconvenience.
Most likely there won't be a second time soon in Bains::Connective as we agree (with pain in our hearts) with the mayor that the dense neighbourhood should not suffer too much from party noize and other consequences.
We would like to thank over 100 people who have collaborated to make this party happen. A special thanks goes to Bioplanet for it's continuous support!
